Common Questions
Videos Are Not Importing
Make sure the selected file is a supported video format and that the app has permission to access Photos or Files.
Conversion Failed
Some videos may not contain an audio track or may use a format that is difficult to process. Try another video or re-export the video from your Photos app first.
Where Are Converted Files Saved?
Converted audio files appear in the app's History section after a successful conversion.
Subscription or Purchase Issues
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. You can restore purchases inside the app if supported, or manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings.
